Monte da Aferrada tells a story of seeking happiness and meeting the peace of the countryside.

Located in Alpalhão a small village in Alentejo between the São Mamede mountain and the Tejo river, that belonged to the Knights Templar and received a charter in 1512. In the family since the 19th century, a handful of nature and memories that have been passed from generation to generation and that were almost lost in the inertia of time and the crazy lives of the city. In Alpalhão, it is the bright and showy outfit, the richly embroidered skirts and shawls, along with the large amount of glittering gold, which arouses the visitor’s attention
