Winemaking: The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 12 days. Aging for four months in French and American oak barrels
