Monte da Aferrada red is produced in the Alentejo region, from the Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Petit Verdot grape varieties. This wine is rich in aroma, with notes of ripe black fruits well combined with floral notes.
Monte da Aferrada white is produced in the Alentejo region, from the Verdelho, Arinto, Antão Vaz grape varieties. It is a very aromatic wine with hints of citrus and tropical fruits.

WHITE WINE

Soil: Clay and shale
Winemaking: Separate harvest of each variety, destemming, thermal shock, pressing, decanting the must, inoculation with selected yeasts, fermentation with controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats
Color: Citrus
Bouquet: Very aromatic with notes of citrus and tropical.
Taste: In the mouth it is very balanced, fruity, intense, fresh and persistent
Aftertaste: The tasting ends with a pleasant and fresh finish
Food Pairing: It goes very well with light and healthy meals, as well as fish and seafood dishes

RED WINE
Region: Vinho Regional Aletejano
Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional + Syrah + Alicante Bouschet + Petit Verdot
Volume: 14,0%
Soil: Clay and shale
Winemaking: The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 12 days. Aging for four months in French and American oak barrels
Color: Ruby
Bouquet: This wine has a deep violet color with good concentration on the nose. Rich in aroma, with notes of ripe black fruits well combined with floral notes.
Taste: In the mouth it is very fruity and with good structure, revealing an excellent balance between tannins and acidity
Aftertaste: Long and elegant finish
Food Pairing: It goes well with red meat dishes such as veal, grilled sirloin steak or lamb. It also goes well with a lasagna with lots of cheese
