Technical notes: With a crystalline appearance and lemon yellow color, this wine is elegant with a fresh and fruity bouquet with notes of green apple and lime. Crunchy, with a penetrating minerality and full of refreshing citrus notes, this wine is extremely versatile, perfect to accompany the simple pleasures of life. It is excellent as an aperitif and harmonizes very well with white fish, grilled vegetables, seafood, frang curry, and desserts. Obtained through the fermentation of selected grapes, fully destemmed and lightly pressed with temperature control.
