What is the Lyfetaste Premium Affiliates Program?

The Lyfetaste Premium Affiliates Program is an innovative and unique Affiliates Program in the market, with commissions up to 50%. It is based on a fantastic compensation plan with a PASS UP system.

Thus, Premium Affiliates can manage their own business in a profitable way through recurring sales, subscribing Premium Packs quarterly at Lyfetaste platform.

How does the Lyfetaste Premium Affiliates Program work?

After your registration in the Lyfetaste platform, an Affiliate ID code will be assigned to you. This code must be present in all links and digital materials that Affiliates will use to promote themselves and Lyfetaste, so it is possible to parameterize their "achievements" through our Backoffice. This code enables Affiliates to receive commissions from consumers who make a purchase at Lyfetaste through their code (value without VAT and without shipping costs). If there is a purchase of premium products through a Premium Affiliate registration, conditions and fees will be special, as mentioned in Lyfetaste Premium Affiliates compensation plan.

Who can register as an affiliate?

Everyone over the age of 18 years old and companies.

Can I have more than one affiliate account?

There can be only one registration per TIN (Tax Identification Number). Thus an Affiliate cannot have more than one account.

How can I know my affiliate ID code and which links I can use?

Your Affiliate link, that includes your ID Code, will be available in your Back Office personal account. You can share that link on your website, blog, social networks and also send it to your friends via e-mail.

Sponsor

Any Affiliate who registers in the Lyfetaste platform will have a Sponsor. This Sponsor will be the one mentioned during the registration process by his ID Code, referred in the subscription link. In case you make a registration without a Sponsor, the system will automatically generate a Sponsor based on the older active Premium Affiliate and with no premium products sales or with the lowest sales value.

Purchase at the online store

Premium Affiliates can also benefit of discounts in various products at the Lyfetaste store. When buying any product, Premium Affiliates will have discounts that can go up 36,5% and their sponsors will receive a commission up to 3,5%. Check the "Other Benefits" chart here.

Affiliate Backoffice

In their back office, Affiliates can check all the information about their sales, commissions, and analyze their direct downline Affiliates network. They can also download support and promotional materials.

Is there any reason for an Affiliate subscription to be denied?

Entries will be rejected if they: 
- Violate the rights of Lyfetaste brand or of third parties; 
- Contain materials or explicit sexual content; 
- Contain offensive content, of social or violent hatred; 
- Promote discrimination; 
- Promote illegal activities or violate any law referred in the Civil Code; 
- Do not clearly indicate an online privacy policy for visitors; 
- Use deceptive or fraudulent means to acquire new affiliates or clicks; 
- Include the Lyfetaste trademark in the domain; 
- Include other inappropriate elements. What is considered inappropriate is at the sole discretion of Lyfetaste.

What is the packs’ lifetime?

Wine Aboard / Wine By / Wine About – 3 months subscription (without automatic renewal); 
Wine Up! – 6 months subscription (it can be renewed automatically if the personal sales volume is at least 2.000€ in this period); 
Wine Not? – 9 months subscription (it can be renewed automatically if the personal sales volume is at least 9.000€ in this period). 
By subscribing to this pack, the Affiliate is entitled to commissions from all Premium Packs sold by him during in this period; 
Pack Luxury – 12 months subscription (it can be renewed automatically if the personal sales volume is at least 20.000€ in this period). 
By subscribing to this pack, the Affiliate is entitled to commissions from all Premium Packs that sold by him during this period.

Can I upgrade my business pack subscription?

Yes, provided that upgrade is made between the 90€ + VAT packs and the 3.500€ + VAT pack .

"Wine Not?" and "Luxury" are not subscription packs but single purchase packs, since the Affiliate is entitled to lifetime commissions on all the sales done by him of pack identical t the one he purchased. 
Additionally, during the period of 9 or 12 months, whether it is a “Wine Not?” pack or a “Luxury” pack, the Affiliate is also entitled to commissions from all Premium Packs range sold by him during that period (9 or 12 months respectively).

What happens in case the renewal of the subscription business pack does not take place?

The Premium Affiliate account becomes inactive and the Affiliate has no longer access to commissions (excluding commissions from the single purchase packs, if already acquired), becoming a Light Affiliate.

Lyfetaste Compensation Plan

The premium affiliate who wishes to subscribe a lower value premium pack is able to sell any higher value pack and benefit from the commission of his higher value subscription. Check the "Commission Plan" here.

Lyfetaste premium affiliates commissions and progression plan

There are many ways for Premium Affiliates to earn commissions 
- Commissions from sales promoted in the online store for final consumers and other Affiliates; 
- Commissions from recurring sales linked to the Premium Packs acquired by their downlines (PASS UP); 
- Commissions from sales of single purchase Premium Packs done by their downlines; 
- Commissions from sales of repurchase Premium Packs done by their downlines;

What is a PASS UP sale?

A PASS UP is only possible when Affiliates have already other Premium Affiliates in their network. It is a sale in which the commission value is split between the seller and his upline. Pass Up sales happen when Affiliates are in the 1st, 3rd and 6th position and then in every 5 sales (11th, 16th, etc ..) ad infinitum. To better understand this, please check our brochure.

Algorithm Rules

Affiliates can have Premium Affiliates registered on their vertical lines. However, for every 10 Premium Affiliates in their Vertical network, Affiliates must have at least 1 Premium Affiliate registered in their Horizontal line, so that they are entitled to the total of all Pass up commissions.

How are commissions processed and paid?

Commissions are paid on the 10th weekday of each month, upon request of the Affiliate and after receipt of the invoice or invoice/receipt.

The minimum value is 150€, except when Affiliates have a lower balance than that amount for at least 3 months or in case they cease their affiliation. In that case, they can request the payment of commissions in credit, even if they do not reach 150€.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

For which countries does Lyfetaste ship orders?

Our products can be shipped throughout Europe and to several countries outside Europe. In case of shipments outside of Europe, please contact us via the email [email protected] so that we can give you a shipping costs and transit time estimate as well as to confirm you whether there is any legal impediment to the entry of alcoholic beverages in the destination country.

Which are the Payment Methods available at Lyfetaste?

ATM, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Bank Transfer.

What to do if the Package arrives damaged/modified?

When you receive your order you should check immediately, in the presence of the person responsible for the delivery, if it is in proper conditions. If you find your order damaged you should report it to the shipping company immediately, noting the damage on the delivery note and notifying Lyfetaste simultaneously, explaining the reason for the complaint and/or return.

Cancellation

All orders which payment is not made within 15 days will be canceled.

COMMUNICATION RULES

• Lyfetaste Brand Promotional Rules 
Lyfetaste brand/image is managed by the WWS – Wine With Spirit, S.A. (WWS).

- Affiliates may share Lyfetaste website and promote the sale of a set of exclusive premium products through their ID and in to their Lyfetaste contacts network. For this purpose, Affiliates can use different channels, such as blogs, social media networks or other digital channels;
- Affiliates will have access to physical and digital promotional materials to download, so that they can communicate promotions in their network and communication channels; 
- No content can be changed or manipulated, in order to keep a clean and consistent graphical line at all Lyfetaste network.
- Affiliates must not use WWS URL's/domains for registration in search engines, search, portals, product and pricing comparisons, Internet communities, among others.
- Affiliates must not use any of WWS trademarks in URL's / page domain, websites, blogs or social social profiles.
