Production Technology: Made in granite presses with foot treading or in stainless steel vats with strict temperature control. Aged for 18 month in stainless steel vats.
Suggestions: Ideal with stewed meat dishes, game meat or with cured cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C. Ideally open an hour before serving.
