Production Technology: Grapes selection at the entrance of the cellar. Total stripping and ermentation in stainless-steel tanks for 10 days with temperature control (24 - 26 ºC) to keep the primary fruity components.
Suggestions: Should be served at a temperature between 16 ºC and 18 ºC.
Goes well with red meat, lamb and cured cheeses.
