Production Technology: After careful selection of the grapes varieties of the region, the grapes were harvested and vinified using the most modern technology, destemmed, lightly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature between 16ªC and 18ªC in stainless steel vats.
Suggestions: should be served at a temperature between 8 ºC and 10 ºC.Ideal as an appetizer, or to pair with pasta, salads, fish and seafood dishes and Asian cuisine.
