Deep rubi colored wine. Aroma of very ripe red berries. Reveals spicy notes as well as balsamic scents. Features a wood of excellent quality very well integrated. In the mouth it is very intense, with great structure and well present tannins. Presents a good and balanced acidity, ripe red fruit aromas with spices and floral notes. Extremely long finish.

Production Technology: Made in granite presses with foot treading or in stainless steel vats with strict temperature control. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Suggestions: It goes perfectly with red meat, game meat and intense cheeses.
Open 1 hour in advance and serve at 17°C.
