The wines from Encosta do Sobral are made from a vast selection of the best grapes and produced according to latest technologies of winemaking. An excellent sun exposure, allied to the phenomenon of reflection caused by shistose soils, allows high concentrations, bringing about a full-bodied, rich, unique delicious wine. Small productions of excellent quality are expected. Situated in northern Ribatejo, quite near Tomar, Encosta do Sobral joined the best of its region has to offer with the possibilities the most advanced developments of oenology to better the wine growing and producing.
