FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 300g padron
- 3 sweet big oranges
- sesame seeds
- sesame oil
- sweet chilli
- fleur de sel
Clean the padron peppers
Peal the oranges
Salt the peppers in sesame oil until they’re peeled
Plate it like in the image, with the Orange and springle with sesame seeds paprika and fleur de sel
